DELIVERY & TIMING
Please note Aluva cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the UK. This is subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation.
Delivery charges for most items in particular Gift Hampers, Favours, Platters and Gift Boxes will be dispatched separately and delivery times and costs will vary depending on the volumetric weight/size of the product and the delivery destination.
Delivery charges will either be quoted during the checkout process prior to your order being charged and/or prior to acceptance of your order, via email at the email address, or on the telephone number you will have provided at the time of placing an order to confirm carriage charges and lead times.
Large and bulky products, fragile products and those containing glassware may be subject to additional carriage charges.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BELOW DELIVERY CHARGES ARE DEFAULT CHARGES FOR ON-LINE ORDERS. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A PERSONALISED DELIVERY QUOTE (WHICH MAY BE LESS THAN THE DEFAULT DELIVERY CHARGE) PLEASE CONTACT US. A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU IN TRYING TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.
THE CARRIAGE CHARGES FOR ITEMS CONTAINING ORNAMENTAL GLASSWARE MAY BE HIGHER THAN STANDARD CARRIAGE COSTS BECAUSE OF THE FRAGILE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for in stock items is available within the UK (Monday to Friday) for orders up to 2 kilograms. Standard Delivery excludes orders for large and bulky orders, Gift Hampers, Favours, Gift Boxes and Platters.
UK Next Day Delivery
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday for in stock items not exceeding 2 kilograms. Orders must be placed by midday the preceding day. For items weighing more than 2 kilograms, please Contact us.
Large Gift Hampers, Large Gift Boxes, Assembled Favours, Platters and/or Glassware Delivery
Please note that the default UK Delivery information above does not apply to Large Gift Hampers, Large Gift Boxes, Assmembled Favours, Platters and/or Glassware items which can be delivered throughout the UK via a special delivery service. We charge a flat fee of £60 for delivery and assembly in the following areas: London, Greater London and Surrey. We charge £22 per hour and £0.50 pence per mile for delivery and assembly to venues within mainland UK (outside of London, Greater London and Surrey). We can provide a quote on request. Additonal charges may apply for assembly of very large and/or custom displays. International delivery is also possible. Please Contact us for more specific information. We also offer the option for customers to collect their items free of charge through our Click & Collect Service (please see below).
Please note all timings are subject to successful completion of payment and authorisation.
Aluva reserves the right to charge a further delivery fee for each delivery attempt made. However, if we do not hear from you with a suitable alternative delivery date/address within 5 days of the attempted delivery, then we may cancel your order and either no refund shall be made for customised orders, and/or those out of date as a result of failed delivery attempts, or offer a refund and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage. If delivery is impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage costs.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. We will only deliver to the reception of a corporate, or a hospital.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our registered office/showroom at 67 Park Hill Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 5NG free of charge. Click & Collect is by appointment only. Please select the Click & Collect option at the time of pacing your order, and we shall contact you via email at the email address, or on the telephone number you will have provided at the time of placing an order to confirm a date and time for collection.
Please bring a copy of the order confirmation, a photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and the card used for payment.
Please note orders must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund items as a result of late collection.
Special & International Delivery
Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements on +44 (0) 844 057 0354. We may or may not be able to process your request. We reserve the right to withdraw Channel Islands and International Delivery at anytime and cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance.
Aluva cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular product in whole or in part ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
